Sometime earlier this month a home in Kamloops was broken into and valuable items of jewelry were stolen.

The owner is concerned they may be sold before police can recover them.

A purple Crown Royal whiskey bag containing a pearl and diamond pendant along with watches, chains, pearl earrings and an emerald green ring was stolen during a break-in at a home in the 1800 block of Trans-Canada Highway East earlier this month.

The pendant has a gold flower in the middle and is inlaid with diamonds and a pearls around the outside.

“The items hold significant value to the owner, who is fearful that someone may be trying to sell the pieces,” Kamloops RCMP media liaison Cpl. Crystal Evelyn said in a media release issued today, July 19.

“If anyone recognizes the jewelry and knows someone who has it, or has come across the items for sale online or somewhere else, please contact police as soon as possible so that we may further the investigation.”

If you can help out Kamloops police with the investigation give them a call at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2024-21784.
